Earlier this year developer Psyonix revealed that Rocket League would be coming to the Nintendo Switch and today they have finally unveiled a release date!

Switch players will be able to get their hands on the popular online game from November 14th! It was first announced at E3 earlier this year alongside news that there would be exclusive customisation options for Switch owners. These include Super Mario and Metroid battle-cars which are completely free and can be unlocked by completing specific in-game challenges. So far they have shown the ‘Mario NSR‘, ‘Luigi NSR‘, and ‘Samus Gunship‘.

The Switch version will also be cross-platform compatible with PC and Xbox One, so there will be plenty of people to play with while you’re on the go. It is a shame that Sony still refuses to join the cross-platform party, but fingers crossed they change their minds in the near future.
